Graduation Thanks

Mrs. Polec and Mrs. Koran: for guiding the grad class through the weekend's events.

Mr. Vercillo: for his help organizing all of the alumni for the 50th Anniversary procession of graduates, for driving and assisting with graduates, and for his help distributing certificates.

Mr. Leroux: for his help distributing certificates and for making sure the grad class stayed safe by ensuring that the SRO and LPD were present.

Mrs. Sutter, Ms. Magill, Mrs. Loose, and Mrs. Kroker: for all the pre-grad work that was done with letters, certificates, grad lists, power-points, grad fees, grad photos and gown organization. Also, thank you for their help after grad with the collection of grad gowns and with grad banquet clean up, as well with grad DVD sales.

The Teacher Grad Committee - Mrs. Leroux, Ms. Fetting, Mrs. Kirkvold, Mrs. Kroker, Mrs. Christensen, Mr. Gilbert, Mr. Dalton, Dr. Nixon, Miss Groten, Mr. Wilson, Mr. Collier, Mrs. Koran, Mr. Cox, Miss Radke, Miss Nordlee, Mr. Goruk, Mrs. Sutter, Ms. Magill, Mr. Vercillo and Mrs. Polec: for everything they did to ensure everything ran as smoothly as it did from beginning to end.

Dr. Nixon: for organizing the grad mass. And to Mr. Collier, Mr. Gilbert and Miss Groten for helping with decorating for the grad mass and convocation.

Mrs. Christensen and the Concert Choir: for providing us with beautiful music for Mass and convocation.

Mr. Cox: for working with and guiding all of the student speakers and MCs.

Mrs. Leroux and her decorating committee, including Ms. Barrajon, Ms. Blas, Mrs. Umeris, Mr. Miller, Mr. Boudreau, Mr. Hogan, Mr. Jetten and Mr. Perron, as well as grade and 10 and 11 students: for coordinating the decorations at the Enmax.

Mrs. Fetting: for coordinating the banquet tables and meals.

Mr. Perron, Mr. Jetten and Mr. Miller: for organizing the balloon drop.

Mrs. Sutter, Mrs. Loose, Mr. Vercillo, Mrs. Kirkvold, Mr. Folkersen and Mrs. Polec: for coordinating and running the Grand March.

Mr. Spiess: for his wonderful announcer's voice and assistance with mass.

Mrs. Sutter and Mrs. Kroker: for overseeing grad DVD sales, for doing such a splendid job of advancing slides at the mass (Mrs. Kroker), and for ushering at the doors (Mrs. Sutter).

Mr. Cox, Mrs. Kirkvold, Dr. Nixon, Miss Nordlee, Mr. Skauge, and Mme Yearous: for the distribution of grad certificates at the convocation.

Mrs. Gardner: for running the soundboard at mass, capturing grad moments for yearbook, and helping out with the grand march.

Mr. Goruk and Mr. Mulder: for delivering a memorable response to the Tribute to the School.

Mrs. Larson: for creating the beautiful programs, posting information on the website and taking pictures at the ceremonies and the banquet.

All the staff who helped with take down at both venues after each event! Mrs. Sutter, Mr. Wilson and Mr. Morrison: for helping with set up on Campus West for the grad rehearsal.

Mrs. Blas and Ms. Cyr: for being there to assist our Inclusive Education students.

Mrs. Kroker and Mrs. Meaker: for their work on the grad list.

Mr. Fox, Mr. Kobza and their committee: for putting together the Feather Blessing and Metis Sash Ceremony and working with our FNMI graduates.

Ms. Toms: for getting all the grad bills paid!

Mr. Smeaton: for bringing greetings from the Superintendent.

Mr. Ponjavic: for bringing greetings from the Board.

Mr. Gerry Grisak: for being our guest speaker and delivering an inspiring message to our graduates.

To CCH Alumni: who traveled from near and far to help us celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Catholic Central High School by representing their grad year.

Priests and Deacons: for being a visible presence at our graduation Mass and for their spiritual support of our students.

Maintenance and Booking Staff of Lethbridge College: for all their help with the set-up, with the sound system and for being available at all times to assist.

Feature Productions: for making the convocation and banquet a production to be proud of.

Staff of the Enmax Centre for their help with the banquet set-up and take-down and any other requests we had.

Sounds Unlimited Inc: for providing the music for the grand march and for the dance.

Bridge Brass: for providing beautiful music during mass.

DeJourdan's by Life Touch Photographics: for taking the grad pictures, the group picture and pictures of the graduates receiving their certificates.

The Lethbridge Herald: for the wonderful write up in the paper on our valedictorian and 50th Anniversary.

Candle lighters representing alumni, parents, CCH staff, Holyspirit staff, clergy, and trustees.

Mrs. Donaghy and Mr. Hughes: for providing the response to the Tribute to Parents.

Cst. Williamson and Cst. Pierzchala: for keeping a watchful eye on us as we celebrated at the banquet.

All Staff of CCH: for being available to students, for acting as substitutes for teachers involved directly in the grad activities and for their quiet, constant commitment to making graduation a memorable event for students.

Graduation is a gift that the staff of CCH gives to our students. "What we do here is good, what we do here is important." Celebrating our grade 12s was an honor and a pleasure.
